AboutUs

My Carers was founded in 2018 by two experienced healthcare professionals who believed that families shouldn't have to compromise on the quality of care their loved ones receive.

Our Story
We started My Carers because we knew what good care looked like and couldn't accept anything less. What began as a nursing agency became something more purposeful, a dedicated NDIS provider across Sydney, built on the belief that raising the standard of care is both a privilege and a purpose.
Throughout our time in this industry, we have seen firsthand that we've had a front row seat to the burden families carry and the compromises participants learn to tolerate.
No family chooses this life, and trying to choose the right care without losing the relationship can be difficult. The forms, the funding rules, and the pressure to cope can quietly take over, leaving little room to just be there for the person you love.
Good care starts with seeing the whole person, not just their diagnosis or their plan. We build our support around what matters to each individual, because independence looks different for everyone.
That's what drives everything we do. The daily routines, the community connections, the familiar faces showing up every day, all of it built around one purpose. Helping people live well, not just live.
Our Purpose
Care is our calling
My Carers core leans on the feeling that we were born to do this. As healthcare professionals, we've seen the real burden people and families carry, up close.
We're built for this work, and we feel lucky to make a real difference in people's lives.
Our   Values
01
Everyday should mean something

A person’s day should be more than just being washed and fed like a well-loved pot plant. We aren’t a "polite factory"; we are a place where every hour carries a sense of purpose for both the people living here and those providing care.
